Since 2006 we provide specialized tax advice on indirect taxation (VAT and Customs), on those problems which may arise to companies with a multinational operative, addressing not only those implications resulting from a Spanish tax point of view but, if required, also to those occurring in other Member States. To this end, IVA Consulta forms part of an European network of specialized firms, being founder member of the VAT-Forum [1], a Belgian entity which provides specialist European VAT, and appertains to the scientific committee of the International VAT Association [2].
