The State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) has announced that as of February 3 a new help service for model 303 called “Pre303” will be available in the Procedures section of the electronic office of its website. This service is addressed to a part of the taxpayers who are currently obliged to keep their VAT records through the Electronic Headquarters of the AEAT (the so-called "Immediate Supply of Information" SII).

Specifically, the affected taxpayers would be those registered in the Monthly Return Registry -REDEME - that are not large companies or VAT groups and meet the following requirements:

  1. That are not included in the cash regimen or are recipients of it.
  2. That they are not included in the special regime of used goods, art objects, antiques and collectibles (REBU) or Travel Agencies or Investment Gold.
  3. That have no pro rata or differentiated sectors.

Through the service offered by taxpayers, they may carry out, prior to the presentation of the corresponding monthly declaration, the always necessary task of reviewing the consistency of figures between those which are going to be declared and those resulting for the same period according to the database of the SII for that period.

The introduction of this service allows us to anticipate a not too distant future in which the tax declaration is no longer necessary for those taxpayers obliged to keep their VAT registration books electronically through the SII service of the Tax Agency's website.
